Job Description

We're partnering with a rapidly growing international company on a confidential search for a key finance professional who will play a central role in shaping the organization's financial strategy and supporting its continued expansion. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and wants to have a direct impact on business decisions.

In this role, you'll serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership, leading efforts in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, pricing analysis, and overall performance reporting. You'll be joining a small but highly effective team and will take the lead in guiding financial planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision making across departments.

Ideal profile would have experience in a similar industry (smaller banking company, credit card company, etc.)

Southwest metro. Hybrid Schedule after training (3x/week ON SITE). $110,000-$120,000/annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and help lead the company's budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with leadership and department owners
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards that deliver actionable insights into performance and profitability
  • Analyze key business drivers including revenue trends, cost structures, capital investments, and ROI on strategic initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with operational and commercial teams to optimize pricing, identify efficiencies, and evaluate new opportunities
  • Lead analysis efforts related to business acquisitions, capital expenditures, and other high-impact initiatives
  • Build financial models, templates, and analysis frameworks to support strategic planning
  • Contribute to board-level reporting and high-stakes presentations
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting, collaborating closely with the accounting function
  • Continually streamline and improve financial processes and systems

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's a plus but not required)
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Experience with modern finance tools and systems (ERP, Excel, BI platforms)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
